How do I get rid of under the surface whiteheads? - derma cleanser

I've been around the lip / chin almost a year. Each facial cleanser I have used, was not spared. I always try to push the Whitehead, but again a button, and then back again, as it was before.

We can not, afford to go to a derm.

Btw does not work, nothing for me.

How can I rid of it?
